KIA agent focuses on training

KIA agent has continuously deployed programs for training and enhancing skills for technicians in order to become a professional big agent.

Labor force is major factor of the sustainable development of an enterprise. By beng trained and improved, staff will understand the nature of their work, have good vocational skills, willingly take responsibility, cohesive with the enterprise and increase working capacity.

Recognizing the importance of high qualified labor force, KIA agent has continuously deployed programs for training and enhancing skills workmanship of staff and technicians for a long time. KIA agent sent staff to vocational training courses for enhancing the quality of customer services, such as accessories business, consulting and customer’s complains, paint spraying ability in September 19th, 21st and 24th. The Service Department Thaco Truong Hai came to train and guide the service office about maintainance and guarantee on October 15th. KIA agent also sent employees to be trained in mixing-paint-color at Long Bien CN to improve their vocational skills on October 22nd and 23rd.

Hopefully, KIA agent will develop considerably after those non-stop efforts of improving its labor force.
